AB Enzymes will be presenting at the 69th Starch Convention in Detmold
On April 10 and 11, 2018, AB Enzymes will again attend the 69th Starch Convention and 14th European Bioethanol and Bioconversion Technology Meeting in Detmold, Germany, organized by the Association of Cereal Research (AGF).
The event includes a section dedicated to enzymes, where Ms. Nina Schroegel-Truxius, MSc, Technical Service Manager Food Enzymes, will present the latest technology developments for industrial-scale starch processing at AB Enzymes: “The application of arabinoxylan-degrading enzymes and their effects in wheat flour processes”. The presentation will take place on Tuesday, April 10 at 17:30.
