Wonder where our products are produced? It all happens at our manufacturing site in Rajamäki, Finland.

In manufacturing continuous improvement is key. We are determined to keep developing our processes and competencies to always stay at the forefront of technology. Our plant was recently expanded, and our capacity was raised by 40%. At the same time, we installed lots of modern equipment and provided our staff with opportunities for training and learning. 

In R&D, we take pride in developing new and innovative enzyme products using state-of-the-art technologies. 

The multinational team consists of scientists, technicians, and bioprocess engineers in Molecular Biology, Microbial Technology, Enzyme Technology, Bioinformatics and IP Management. 

Our production platforms include both bacterial and fungal hosts and we are continuously investing around 10% of our revenue in R&D. To date, we have over 600 patents and counting and we collaborate with several research organisations. Many of our research projects are funded by EU programs.

Marketing and sales teams work hand in hand to identify market opportunities and develop strategic plans. The marketing team promotes our products and services with creativity and precision – from market research, product concepts, and lifecycle management to advertising and communications.

Our sales professionals are at the forefront of the business. They build strong relationships with clients, understanding requirements and showcasing the value of our products.  

Our regulatory affairs team plays a crucial role in obtaining the necessary approvals for our products. Their expertise ensures that we comply with all regulations, enabling us to bring our innovative solutions to market swiftly and safely.

Customer service is the backbone of our client relationships. Our dedicated team provides exceptional support, helping customers to navigate our products and services, ensuring satisfaction every step of the way. 

Our supply chain team is responsible for overseeing and managing the flow of goods and services, from raw materials to the final product delivery. They ensure that the right products are delivered to the right place at the right time, optimising efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.  

This involves procurement, logistics, inventory management, and coordinating with various stakeholders to meet customer demands while maintaining high standards of quality and reliability. 

The People and Culture team is dedicated to supporting and empowering employees throughout their career journey. They handle the recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of our employees hand in hand with our line managers.
